Those are typically the 3 biggest components that could cause a transaction to fall apart. Now, you the Realtor, have complete confidence you are working with a qualified buyer. When you make an offer on a property it is MUCH stronger than your competitors AND once your offer gets accepted, we are already halfway done with the loan transaction!

A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
